The Helping Hand - 2025 R32
Easy Option
Arsenal vs Bournemouth is the obvious one this week.
Arsenal at home, against a lower-table side — this is as safe as it gets in Round 32. Most players will be all over this, so you’re not gaining an edge, but you’re avoiding a disaster.
Bank the +1 point and move on. Solid, sensible, slightly boring.
The Gambler’s Choice
Nottingham Forest vs Aston Villa is where things get interesting.
Villa will likely be favourites, but going away to Forest is never straightforward — and that uncertainty will scare people off.
That’s exactly why it’s a great FPG play. If Villa win, you’re laughing with low ownership + potential head-to-head gains.
Risky, but this is how you climb.
The Lonely Pick
Brentford vs Everton could be completely overlooked this week.
With bigger teams like Arsenal and Liverpool in strong spots, hardly anyone is landing here. But Brentford at home are more than capable of getting the win.
If it comes in, you’re looking at a clean lonely pick bonus opportunity — and those are the difference-makers late in the season.
